In Plant Training Programmes
With the aid of our well-equipped, compact and mobile training equipment, over 85% of our training programmes can be delivered in-plant in the premises of our various clients. These programmes are organized at the convenience of our clients in their premises, putting into considerations operational convenience. During training sessions, participants are taken through areas of their plants/operations that relates to the subjects matter covered during the specific training program, while giving rooms for participants to ask questions and explanations given to them.
Customized Programmes
Here the unique and specific/peculiar needs of various clients are taken into consideration and accordingly we are able to develop customized/tailor-made training programmes for the clients to meet their immediate needs and beyond. These tailor-made programmes are designed in collaboration with the specific organization after several consultations and conduct of Training Needs Analysis, where applicable. This can also be customized to run for 6-12 months depending on organizational requirements and peculiar needs.
